The Spanish Forum for Prevention and Urban Security: 30 local and regional authorities

The Spanish Forum for Prevention and Urban Security (FEPSU according to the Spanish acronym) is an association of 30 local and regional authorities established in 1998 with the aim of sharing approaches and experiences on public security policies.

The principles that underpin the Spanish Forum’s activities are included in the statement “Para una convivencia socialmente inclusiva” (for a socially inclusive co-existence) adopted at the Seville conference in 2008, which advocates policies that anticipate conflict and contribute to a more inclusive society.
